◆Automatic control module

This automatic controller, integrating digital, intelligent and network techniques, is used for automatic control and monitoring system of genset. It can carry out functions of automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and three “remote” (remote control, remote measure and remote communication). The controller uses LCD display, optional display interface including Chinese, English, Spanish and Russian with easy and reliable operation.

1) Manual/ Auto function

2) Can measure and display 3 phase voltage, 3 phase current, frequency, power parameter of mains/gens;

3) Mains have functions of over/under voltage and lack of phase; Gens have functions of over/under voltage, over/under frequency and over current;

4) Precision measure and display of parameters about engine, speed, oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level etc.

5) Control protection: Automatic start/stop of genset, load transfer(ATS control) and perfect failure display and protection.

◆Self starting / automatic transfer switch control system

The control system adopts an ATS matched with an automatic controller, to realize the automatic transfer between main power and generation. Voltage detection system inside the controller monitors the main power supply, when power failure or failure occurs, the detection system outputs signals to the controller, the controller sends the "automatic start" signal to the generator, and the generator starts to work. When the main power supply returns to normal, the controller sends a signal to the switching device, disconnects the power supply of the generator, connects the main power supply circuit, after cooling operation the generator automatically shuts down.

◆Parallel control system

1) Adopt automatic parallel controller, automatic synchronous detection, automatic balancing power distribution.

2) It has the function of automatic paralleling and can be put into operation automatically according to the load by setting relevant parameters.

3) It has the function of automatic cutting out, if one generator needs cutting out, the generator will automatically transfer the load to other generators and automatically switch off when the load is close to zero.
